Our Pricing, Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy is designed to give you complete confidence in what you pay, how you book, how you pay, and what happens if your plans change—with no hidden fees, competitive rates, and the best value guaranteed for every journey you book with us. Please review the following terms to understand how our prices are set, what’s included, and how payments are managed.

1. Transparent Pricing

- All prices are clearly listed on our website and in your booking confirmation.

- Prices are quoted in [specify currency, e.g., EUR, USD, or GBP] and include all taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.

- There are no hidden fees. Any additional costs (such as optional activities, entrance fees not included in your package, or personal expenses) will be clearly communicated before booking.

2. Best Price Guarantee

We want you to book with confidence. That’s why we offer a Best Price Guarantee on all our tours and travel packages:

- If you find the same tour or package offered by another reputable operator at a lower price (with the same inclusions, dates, and conditions), let us know and we’ll match or beat that price.

- To qualify, simply send us the competitor’s offer with all relevant details before you book, and our team will review and confirm your discount.

- This guarantee applies to publicly available rates from recognized competitors and is subject to verification.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

Booking Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours.

Low Down Payment: Only a 25% down payment is required to secure your tour and travel arrangements, including hotel rooms, cruise cabins, and domestic flights.

Flexible Balance Payment: The remaining balance can be paid up to two days before your trip or in cash upon arrival to your tour manager, making your booking risk-free.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, bank transfer, and (for some tours) cash on arrival. Full payment instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation.
Payment Security: All online payments are processed securely using trusted and encrypted gateways to protect your financial information.

4. Cancellation Policy

30 days or more before the tour starts: 10% cancellation fee.

20–29 days before the tour starts: 25% cancellation fee.

15–19 days before the tour starts: 50% cancellation fee.

11–14 days before the tour starts: 75% cancellation fee.

Less than 10 days before the tour starts: No refund.

5. Children’s Policy

Children under 2 years: Free of charge.

Children aged 2 to 6 years: 25% of the adult price.

Children aged 6 to 11 years: 50% of the adult price.

Children 12 years and older: Full adult price.

Notes:

- The children’s policy applies only to children sharing a room with their parents (maximum of one child per room).

- If your tour includes flights, additional charges may apply for children.

6. What’s Included

- Our prices cover all services detailed in your selected tour or travel package, such as accommodations, transportation, meals, entrance fees, guides, and activities, as specified in the itinerary.

- Exclusions (if any) will always be listed on the relevant package or tour page.

7. Child and Group Pricing

- Special rates may apply for children, infants, or large groups. These will be specified on our website or provided upon request.

- For customized group travel or family packages, please contact us directly for a tailored quote.

8. Discounts & Special Offers

- From time to time, we may offer seasonal promotions or discount codes. These will be clearly advertised and applied according to the terms specified in the offer.

- Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

9. Price Changes

- While we strive to keep our prices stable, prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, changes in supplier rates, or unforeseen circumstances.

- Once your booking is confirmed and deposit received, your price is guaranteed and will not change.

10. Accuracy & Errors

We take great care to ensure all prices are accurate. In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the option to reconfirm your booking at the correct price or receive a full refund.
