Welcome to Step To Egypt. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By booking any travel services with Step To Egypt, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website or making a booking.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Booking Process:

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Step To Egypt.
  • You must provide accurate personal details during the booking process. Any incorrect information may result in booking cancellation or modification fees.

1.2 Payment Options:

  • Step To Egypt offers the following payment options:
    • Online Payment: Payments can be made using Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.
    • Pay on Arrival: You may choose to pay for your booking upon arrival. Payment on arrival can be made in cash or via card, depending on availability at the destination.
  • For online payments, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Partial payments or deposits may be available for specific packages.
  • By providing your payment details for online payments, you authorize Step To Egypt to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.

1.3 Currency and Exchange Rates:

  • All prices on the Step To Egypt website are listed in USD, GBP and EUR.
  • Any exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees imposed by your bank are your responsibility.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1 Cancellation by the Client:

    • If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Step To Egypt in writing.
    • No penalties will be applied to customers in the event of cancellation.

2.2 Cancellation by Step To Egypt:

  • Step To Egypt reserves the right to cancel or alter any booking due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative travel package.

2.3 Refunds:

  • Refunds for online payments will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request and will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for payments on arrival will be provided in accordance with our refund policy, depending on the method of payment used.
  • Step To Egypt will provide a full refund in the event of a cancellation by the client or the agency, without any additional charges.

3. Travel Documentation

3.1 Passports and Visas:

  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they have a valid passport and any necessary visas for entry into Egypt and any other destination included in the travel package.
  • Step To Egypt is not responsible for any travel restrictions or denial of entry due to improper or insufficient travel documentation.

3.2 Health and Safety:

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements for their destination(s), including vaccinations and any necessary medical precautions.
  • Step To Egypt is not liable for any health-related issues that may arise during or after the trip.

4. Travel Insurance

4.1 Insurance:

  • Step To Egypt strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, lost luggage, and other potential risks.
  • Step To Egypt is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

5. Liability

5.1 Limitation of Liability:

  • Step To Egypt acts as an intermediary between you and the service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, tour operators) and is not liable for any actions or omissions of these third parties.
  • Step To Egypt is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during your trip, including but not limited to, accidents, delays, or cancellations.

6. Online Payments

6.1 Secure Payment Gateway:

  • Step To Egypt uses a secure payment gateway for all online transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and protected to ensure the security of your transaction.
  • We do not store your credit/debit card information. All payments are processed by our third-party payment processors.

6.2 Payment Disputes:

  • Any payment disputes must be reported to Step To Egypt within 14 days of the transaction date.
  • Step To Egypt will work with you to resolve any disputes, but reserves the right to deny any claims that are found to be fraudulent or baseless.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1 Modification of Terms:

  • Step To Egypt reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
  • Continued use of our services following any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt and United Kingdom.
  • Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
